Shipping
Shipping is free in the United States. Please contact me for quotes on other Regions. Oversize items ( 48 inches and over) will require shipping by freight and require crating. We will quote you additional charges upon email request. As an alternative, we can ship the painting in a tube with the stretcher bars. You would have to have it re-stretched at your expense. This method would ship free in the USA.
Returns Policy
You have seven (7) days after receipt of the artwork to decide whether to keep the artwork or return it in its original condition for a refund. Please contact mail me at [email protected]. Please give me the reason for the return.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped by the buyer to the artist within three (3) days after notifying me the work will be returned
You must ship the artwork through a traceable method and provide me with the shipment’s tracking number.
If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt and/or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
How to Return Undamaged Work
Step 1 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you have already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist.
Step 3 – Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to the artist using a traceable shipping method.
Step 4 – Email all shipping details including tracking number to rcarrollart.com. Once the piece safely reaches the me, PRZM will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

- The artist is not responsible for undelivered returns.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns. Please note that these fees may be avoided if you inform the courier that the item is a return—though we cannot guarantee this.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date email [email protected] to us your order information.
Step 2 – Save original packaging!
Step 3 – Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos me.
Step 4 – I will contact you to discuss next steps.
